General Terms and Conditions
Article 1/ Scope
These general conditions of sale apply to legal transactions concerning products marketed to its customers by the company EUROPE LEAHER SPRL within its virtual shop WWW.WANG-GIADA.BE the Customer must always read the general conditions of sale online , take note before placing an order on site,
Article 2/ Minimum purchase
The minimum amount of each order is 200 euros excluding tax and delivery costs.
Article 3/price
The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time by publishing them online.
Only the rates indicated and the taxes in force at the time of the order will apply, subject to availability on that date.
The prices are stated in euros , are exclusive of taxes and do not take into account any delivery costs , which are indicated and invoices in addition before the validation of the order by the Customer .
For all sales made to countries other than Belgium , the purchaser will be exempt from VAT payment provided that he provides us with his VAT number and after verification of it.
Article 4/payment
The seller retains ownership of the ordered items until the full payment of the order is received.
The Customer makes the payment at the time of the final validation of the order using the chosen method of payment. This validation takes the place of signature. The Customer guarantees to the seller that it has the necessary authorizations to use this method of payment and acknowledges that the information given has this effect as proof of its consent to the sale as to the liability of the sums due under the order.
The seller has established a procedure for checking orders and means of payment intended to reasonably guarantee it against any fraudulent use of a means of payment , including by requesting identification data from the Customer.
In case of refusal of authorization of payment by credit card by accredited organizations or in case of non-payment , the Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order and its delivery.
The Seller also reserves the right of the invoice to have an address other than that of delivery by sending a request to this effect to the Customer service (see coordinates below) before the delivery.
Article 5/ Evidence
Communications , orders and payments between the Customer and the Seller may be proved by means of computer records , stored in the Seller's computer systems under reasonable conditions of security. Purchase orders and invoices shall be stored on a reliable and durable medium considered, in particular, as a means of proof.
Article 6/ income/availability
The majority of products offered by EUROPE LEATHER sprl to its customers is immediately available, the buyer will be informed in case of unavailability of one or more products.
Article 7/ change of order
Be sure to browse your order before it is sent , once it is sent , you will no longer be able to modify it , in particular make sure that the contact details provided for the delivery are correct.
Article 8/ delivery/charges
The delivery is only made after confirmation of the payment by bank of the Seller.
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the online order form.
Additional fees for incomplete or incorrect information per customer will be charged.
The delivery takes place, according to the mode chosen by the Customer, within the following deadlines:
Post / DPD / For Belgium 2-4 days
Post /DPD / For Abroad 3-8 days
The delivery times are given as an indication.No compensation can be claimed to the seller or the carrier in case of delay of
delivery. If the delivery times exceed thirty days from the date of the order, the sales contract may however be terminated and the Customer reimburses.
A. Verification of the order
On receipt of the products , the Customer or the recipient checks the good condition of the product delivered or the conformity of the service provided.
In the event that one or more of the ordered products are missing or damaged , the Customer or the consignee must make the necessary reservations to the carrier at the time of delivery and immediately inform the Seller. The verification is considered to be carried out as soon as the Customer or a person authorized by him has received the order without reservations. Any reservation not made in the rules defined above and within the time limits can not be taken into account and will release the Seller from any responsibility towards the Customer.
Article 9/Liability
EUROPE LEATHER SPRL shall not be liable for any damage of any kind, whether material or immaterial or bodily , that may result
malfunction or misuse of products
The same applies to any modifications to the products

will in any event be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be
impugned for mere errors or omissions which might have remained
despite all the precautions taken in the presentation
In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract , the customer and reserves the right , before any legal action , to seek an amicable solution.
Article 10/ right of return
The product purchased from the online shopping site www.wang-giada.be is returned and only in case of defective , (manufacturing defect)
The product to be exchanged or to be refunded must return to the Seller as a whole and in its original packaging accompanied by a copy of its purchase invoice, include all the product and its accessories.

Any incomplete .abime items used , or whose original packaging has been damaged in conditions beyond its mere opening , will not be refunded, not exchanged.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal , the company Europe leather sprl undertakes to reimburse the sums paid per customer , free of charge , with the exception of the return costs.
The refund is due within a maximum of 30 days according to the law in force.

Article 12/force majeure
If the Seller is prevented, in whole or in part, from executing the order because of an unforeseen circumstance beyond his control, then it is a matter of force majeure. In case of force majeure, the Seller is authorized to suspend the execution of the order, in whole or in part, for the whole duration of the force majeure. The Seller immediately notifies the Customer.
If force majeure lasts more than 90 days without interruption , each party to the contract shall have the right to do so. The right of payment made by the Seller will nevertheless be invoiced in proportion to the Customer.
Article 13 / Independence of clauses
The illegality or the total or partial nullity of a provision of these General Conditions of Sale will have no impact on the validity and application of the other provisions .The Seller reserves the right to replace the provisions. Illegal or void by another valid provision of similar scope .
Article 14 / Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement. The dispute will be brought before the courts of the judicial district of the Seller’s registered office.
